Emma Watson: 'Ending Potter is Like the Death

Posted by Romona Farry

British actress Emma Watson is so devastated the Harry Potter franchise is ending, she feels like a friend is dying.

The star, who has played Hermione Granger in all the wizard films since 2001, is currently shooting the franchise's final scenes, and Watson admits she'll feel lost when filming wraps.

She says, "None of us could say that we predicted this kind of love and recognition. It's just incredible. I'm just so unbelievably proud to have been part of this. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world."

The savvy star has decided to take a long break when the last film, Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows, wraps, so she can mourn the loss of the boy wizard and her own character.

She adds, "I feel like someone's dying, I know that sounds like an exaggeration but I really do. I'm not planning to do anything this summer - I'm going to need time to collect myself and get myself back together a bit. So I'll take a bit of a break."

And co-star Daniel Radcliffe will also find it difficult to say goodbye to Potter - but he admits he's excited about the new prospects heading his way: "It's going to be bizarre. I'm going to be devastated. It's going to be very, very sad because it's been such an important part of my life.

"There will never be one scene in any of the Harry Potters that, when I watch it, won't trigger a series of memories about what that day was about and what I was doing. So everything is so linked to my life and growing up.

"But, at the same time, it will be exciting. It puts a pretty nice punctuation mark on my adolescence. I feel grown-up now."

Nick Jonas to Make West End Debut

Posted by Romona Farry

Nick Jonas has signed up to appear on the West End stage for a three-week run next month, according to a revered London theatre producer.
The Jonas Brothers singer is already a Broadway stalwart, having performed in a range of productions on the New York stage as a child before embarking on a pop career with his siblings.

He previously appeared in Les Miserables in 2003, and is now set to return to the musical to play Marius in the British capital.

Jonas will appear at the British capital's Queen's Theatre from 21 June for a three week run, according to theatre impresario Sir Cameron Mackintosh.
He tells Britain's Daily Mail, "I went up to him at the closing night party in New York and told him he was terrific and hoped that he would one day return to play Marius. We've been in touch a lot and, of course, since then he has become this world-famous star

"He and his father and I agreed that it would be great if he came and played Marius here in London. He has bent over backwards to fit it all into his schedule."

The 17 year old is expected to jet into the U.K. to start rehearsals at the beginning of June.

Hollywood veteran Debbie Reynolds has urged Miley Cyrus not to rush into adulthood - because everyone is waiting for her to make a big mistake.
The actress/singer fears the teenager is making too many controversial moves in a bid to shake off her wholesome good girl image - and she needs to sit down with her family and carefully plot the future.
Cyrus has been hit by a string of controversies, from showing too much skin in photos to pole dancing at award shows and dirty dancing at a wrap party - and now family groups are upset with her latest video for hit single Can't Be Tamed, in which the pop star writhes around with dancers.

And in her weekly advice column in the Globe, Reynolds warns Cyrus not to take her act too far.

She writes, "When I was a 16 year old working in Hollywood, I had two very strict parents and a movie studio to protect me. It was a different world in the 1950s.

"Today's young stars can't do anything without the whole world being able to see it.

"Miley and her family need to be aware of this as she outgrows her child star image."

Pop heart-throb Nick Jonas arrives in London soon to prepare for his West End theatre debut, playing the role of Marius in Les Miserables.
I can reveal that Nick, 17, will perform the part of student Marius at the Queen’s Theatre for a three week run from June 21.
It’s not the first time the singer has been associated with the blockbuster musical, which is now in its 25th year. He played the part of Gavroche in the last nine months of Les Miserable’s run on Broadway in 2003.

Cameron Mackintosh told me yesterday: ‘I went up to him at the closing night party in New York and told him he was terrific and hoped that one day he would return to play Marius. We’ve been in touch a lot and, of course, since then he has become this world-famous star.
‘He and his father and I agreed that it would be great if he came and played Marius here in London.’
The singer broke off from a concert tour with his brothers Joe and Kevin to conclude the deal with Mackintosh. ‘He has bent over backwards to fit it all into his schedule,’ Mackintosh said of the youngest Jonas brother.

Nick has been rehearsing the music in the U.S. but will begin three weeks of full rehearsals with other new special cast members in London in the next few days before giving his first performance at the Queen’s.
In October, Nick will be part of a huge, star- studded company being assembled to perform a 25th anniversary concert at the o2 Centre in Greenwich, South-East London.
Details of casting – and ticket information about the o2 production – will be announced on Wednesday morning.
Nick and his brothers have become mammoth music stars. Their albums sell in the millions, and they’re the favourite band of president obama’s two young daughters.

No doubt Nick’s siblings will visit him on Shaftesbury Avenue and see him on stage.

Meanwhile, a revised version of Les Miserables has been playing to sell- out audiences across Britain. That production is now in Paris for a six-week run before resuming its UK tour, which will include a run at London’s Barbican from September 14.
Mackintosh told me there will be Les Mis productions next year and the year after in Madrid, Mexico, Korea, Italy, Japan and the U.S..

And a screenwriter is about to be contracted to work on a big-screen version which Mackintosh is producing with Working

The Jonas Brothers have been busy brother bees. When they’re not getting married, picking up awards or romancing young Disney starlets, they somehow find the time to churn out new songs.
The first song, “It’s On,” is from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and features guest vocals from a bevy of the movie’s stars — like Joe Jonas’ GF Demi Lovato and former Missy Elliott backup dancer Alyson Stoner. The song is unbelievably perky (much like the cast itself) and it’s the perfect dance-battle soundtrack.
The second Jonas Brothers offering, on the other hand, is called “L.A. Baby” and is from the upcoming second season of their Disney show “J.O.N.A.S.,” which premieres June 20. “L.A. Baby” is more of a rock ‘n’ roll romp, perfect for cruising down the Pacific Coast highway — or your town’s Main Street — with the windows down.
Isn’t the visual of wind flowing through Joe’s luxurious locks reason enough to check it out?
We thought so. “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” airs on Sept. 3, and the new season of “J.O.N.A.S.” premieres on June 20, both on The Disney Channel.
+ Listen to “It’s On” and “L.A. Baby” and tell us which song you like better.

Miley Says Yes to Nude Scenes

Posted by Romona Farry

Miley Cyrus is not shy about her body! In fact, Miley admits that if the right movie part came along she would be

comfortable filming a nude scene. In a recent interview with the BBC, Miley said “If it’s something that’s classy – it
just depends on the circumstances.”
Miley is dating Liam Hemsworth and says she’s glad the world knows they are in love. She said “I think it makes it
easier. I’ve been in relationships before where people don’t want people to know because it’s bad for their career. I’d
rather not sneak around – it’s so much more drama than necessary.”

Jonas Easter Dinner

Posted by Romona Farry

Making for quite the attractive group, the Jonas Brothers were spotted out at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles with Demi Lovato and Danielle Deleasa on Sunday (April 4).
With Nick, Joe, Kevin and their ladies also joined the the JoBros parents and little brother, the gang all gathered together for an Easter dinner following quite the busy day.
A short while earlier, the Jonas Brothers took the stage at Angel Stadium as part of Saddleback Church’s Easter Sunday service – during which they performed three songs; “Hold On”, “A Little Bit Longer” and “Gotta Find You”.
While performing “A Little Bit Longer,” Nick spoke to the crowd about being diagnosed with diabetes, telling, “About four and a half years ago I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. It happened quickly, but on my way to the hospital that night, I made a commitment to myself that I wouldn’t let it slow me down. And I asked myself the question, ‘Why me?’ But I do believe there was a turning point when I realized, ‘Why not me?’.”
He continued, “Now I’ve been able to share my story and encourage other young people who are dealing with some of the same things. And I know we’re all going through some hard things in our lives but it’s how we persevere, how we get through those hard moments in our lives. I encourage you when those moments come to make that commitment I made and don’t let it slow you down.”

When Miley Cyrus first became a huge tween star, her mom, Tish, made her promise one thing: To live at home until she’s at least 20.

“I got out of that!” Cyrus, 17, recently told PEOPLE with a laugh. “I’m actually buying a place. I haven’t moved in yet. I’m still reconstructing and stuff.”

Her mother’s reaction? “She’s stoked,” says Cyrus, who adds that her new home is “really, really close” to her family’s current Toluca Lake, Calif., residence.

“My house is going to be gorgeous because my mom is an interior designer,” says Cyrus, whose new film The Last Song is in theatres now. “It’s like if your mom’s a clothes designer you’re always going to look great. My mom’s an interior designer so my house is going to be perfect all the time.”

The star decided to create “a really zen” space for her first home. “We did all these different things to make it a place that’s so chill,” she says. “Like all my couches are on the floor and I have pillows on the floor. It’s just serene – like my own kind of therapy.”

“My religion is love,” adds Cyrus, “so my door is always open for anyone who wants to come in. It’s a just a loving place.”

Selena talks about her movies !

Posted by Romona Farry

Though Selena Gomez was attending Saturday's Kid's Choice Awards as a pop star and Disney Channel queen, she was more than enthusiastic to talk about her upcoming feature films. Her first ever theatrical release, called "Ramona and Beezus," is a spin-off of the Beverly Cleary classic series "Ramona," and is sure to be very kid-friendly (just like Selena's image). But her most recent film seems to give her a chance to try her hand in more adult acting. Selena was especially excited to talk about was her very in-development flick, "Monte Carlo," in which she's starring opposite Nicole Kidman and Leighton Meester. "I leave today (March 27) to start shooting on that actually, so I'm pretty excited," Selena admitted when MTV News asked her about it on the red carpet. She said she was flying off to the title location, Monte Carlo, that night, but would be heading to "a couple of other places as well" after they were finished filming. We're assuming those are the previously reported Budapest and Paris. The plot follows two college students and one recent high school graduate (we're assuming Selena will be the high school grad and Leighton one of the college students) who are from the Midwest and fly to Monaco to pose as wealthy women. Selena says her character's name is Grace, a girl from Texas who saved up money to go to Paris for the summer with her BFF. "Lots of drama goes on," Selena explained with a laugh. "It's fun." She said she has had a chance to meet with Nicole — "She was very sweet and very excited, so I'm very thrilled" — but hasn't gotten to meet Leighton yet. "I'm a huge Gossip Girl fan Selena admitted, with a wave to the camera. We're guessing that wave was meant for Leighton, and that by now they have already met and are partying it up in Monte Carlo.

Selena Gomez - New Photoshoot

Posted by Romona Farry

Demi Lovato insists she’s, like, totally surprised by all the attention her romance with Joe Jonas has been getting.
“It’s really crazy,” Lovato, 17, told me at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. “I definitely did not expect this at all. But, you know, I’m going through it with my best friend so it’s pretty awesome. I think it was just time to be open and not hide anything.”
Yes, the 20-year-old JoBro isn’t just her boyfriend, he’s also her best friend.
So what is Lovato loving most about her beau (besides their awesome nickname, Jemi)? Read on to find out…
“Honestly, it’s all about how comfortable we are with each other,” she said. “He’s seen me with sweatpants on and with no makeup. I’ve seen him at his worst and his best. It’s great. Like I said, we’re best friends.”
Will Jemi be making more music together? “Yeah, maybe,” Lovato said. “You never know. I mean, it seems like we’re always doing duets together. But I don’t know where my music is going to go…Right now, I’m just focusing on Sonny With a Chance.”
Jonas and Lovato’s Camp Rock: The Final Jam costar Matthew “Mdot” Finley has high hopes for the latest Disney duo. “I think they’re going to last,” he said at the Last Song premiere. “They’re a great couple. They understand each other.”
